1st Giveaway!!

In order to keep you motivated to reach your 3 on 3 Fit Challenge goals, I will be hosting a few fun giveaways over the next 8 1/2 weeks!

Did you hear that?!!?

You have already completed 1 1/2 weeks of the challenge! Woohoo!

Now, pat yourself on the back and keep pushing!

The 1st giveaway item will be a Women's Worthy of the Prize Workout Set, which will include the following:

a pretty pink t-shirt...

and a pretty pink water-bottle!

These 2 items will not only assist you (or your wife) in your fitness endeavors, but you (or your wife) will also look good wearing/carrying them!

The water-bottle holds 32 oz. of water (which means you only have to drink 4 of them in a day, instead of 16 of the 8 oz. glasses, or 8 of the 16 oz. plastic bottles), plus it has a freezer stick, an easy-grip handle and a pop-up spout! Very handy!

Both of these items were very popular among the ladies at the Jiggle Butt Run this past weekend, I might add!

  1. My goal for this fit challenge is to lose 6 lbs and memorize Proverbs 31. I am really having trouble with all the water...that will be my focus for a while!

  2. My goal is to increase my water intake and to memorize my verses! And to be more active in my daily life. But, I'm not technically starting until Monday, so I'm going to have to catch up a little.

  4. My goal is to memorize Proverbs 31 and exercise 3 times a week (I'd like more times, but I need to start small). Oh yeah, and lose 7 pounds of baby/bad eating weight:)

  6. My goal is to memorize my verses, workout at least 3 times/ week, and lose 5 pounds by Jan. 31st, date of K-Love cruise... woohoo! After that it will be to lose 18 more pounds!!

  7. My goal is to exercise 6 times a week, spend 1 hour in God's word a day, and drink more water!

    P.S. If we got start somewhere I say here. If we got start sometime, I say NOW! I love that song!
