Goals

Before beginning any new challenge, including the 3 on 3 Fit Challenge, it is important to set goals!

This is to help you stay focused and motivated!

Or as I like to say, "to help you keep your eye on the prize!"

So, what are your goals for this 10-week fitness challenge that I have designed to help us GET FIT..physically and spiritually?!!?

My goal is to lose 2 lbs. per week, for a total of 20 lbs. in 10 weeks, and to memorize Proverbs 31:1-31!!!

(By the way, it has been brought to my attention that there are some men out there taking the challenge too, awesome! I assume they would not have a great desire to memorize the Proverbs 31 passage about "The Virtuous Woman," so they can memorize 3 verses a week from the 31 verses listed in the Character Counts Devotional Cards....each of these verses focuses on a different biblical character trait that we should all strive to obtain! If you are still not convinced that you need to set any goals, think about what Zig Zigler said, "If you aim at nothing, you will hit it everytime!"

That sounds like fun, goodluck with that.

One more thing...get a group of people together in your area to take the challenge with you so that you can workout together and keep one another on track to reach your goals!

My girlfriends and I are all joining the Y so that we can have fun working out together a few times a week!

I think you get the idea, so make it happen!
