Erin is the founder and director of Worthy of the Prize, the Creation Health Coordinator for Greene County and the Head Volleyball Coach at Greeneville High School where her team is the 3-time District 2-AA Champions and Region 1-AA Runner-Up. She is the former assistant volleyball coach at Martin High School in Arlington, Texas, where her team was the 2005 5A State Champions. She coached club volleyball for 6 years, was the assistant volleyball coach at Austin College in Sherman, Texas for 1 year, and was the assistant volleyball coach at Trinity Valley School in Fort Worth, Texas, for 2 years.
She is a former TCU volleyball player, where she was awarded 1997 TCU Female Athlete of the Year and still holds the record for career digs per game. She is also a former Tulane University volleyball scholarship winner, team leader in digs and service aces, and a Martin High School All-State volleyball player, team MVP, leader in digs and service aces, and a member of the 1995 State Runner-Up team.
Erin has a BBA in Marketing and Management from TCU and a Masters of Christian Education in Church Recreation from Southwestern Seminary. She has been a recreation intern at Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, Texas and the recreation ministry coordinator at Anderson Mill Baptist Church in Austin, Texas. Her sports camp manual, "Worthy of the Prize Sports Camp: The New VBS," won 3rd place in the Non-Fiction Books category at the Blue Ridge Mountains Christian Writers Conference, where her poem, "The Ranch," won 2nd place in poetry. Both her sports camp manual "Worthy of the Prize Sports Camps: A Church's Guide to Implementing an Effective, Community-Reaching Christian Sports Camp" and her ebook "find joy in the journey: how 12 women could face tomorrow just because He lives" were recently published.
