Interval Training

Hello! This is Tosha Firestone. I am excited to talk with you about Interval Training today!

Intervals are intense, short, bursts of energy that have a long lasting effect! If your goal is weight loss and/or a strong, healthy, and fit body adding interval workouts to your routine is a MUST!

FOR EXAMPLE: Do your normal weight lifting routine but in between sets add 1 minute of jump rope, jumping jacks, burpees, one minute sprint etc.. Do these intervals throughout your entire workout and watch your body go through a transformation when you couple that with a clean diet.

While I continued to put the final touches on my fitness e-book at  God challenged me with the true meaning of being fit!

"For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things holding promise for both the present life and the life to come"  1 Timothy 4:8

Through this challenge the Lord inspired me to "pause" my fitness passion and prepare something for HIM first.  That is when Interval Training With Jesus 365 Day Devotional E-Book was Born.
