Walk This Way!

Walking at a brisk pace for 30 minutes a day is one of the best things you can do for yourself. There are many benefits to walking everyday, including but not limited to the following:

-lower risk of premature death, diabetes and breast cancer

-decrease total body fat and abdominal fat

-improve cholesterol numbers

-lower blood pressure

-increase energy and stamina

-boost bone strength

-prevent weight gain

-reduce stress

SOOOO...if you can't do anything least try to get in a walk everyday....get up early if you have to or put the kiddos in the stroller...make it happen, you will be glad that you did!
