Cindy and I have gone down in body fat % again since we tested on Wednesday, yipee!! So far I have lost a total of 1.5% body fat in just 2 weeks!
Next week we will add 2 exercises to our weight routine and will go down 100 calories on the eating plan, meaning we will only be eating 1100 calories a day. Click here for the eating plan. The only change is that you only get 100 calories for each snack instead of 150 calories. The meals remain at 300 calories apiece.
