Week 1

You did it!! You made it through workout #1 and it was not bad!! Great job ladies! If anyone wants to join us, we meet at Anderson Mill Baptist Church every Monday/Wednesday/Friday morning from 5:30-6:30am to do the 'body defining' workout that goes along with this healthy eating plan, so that we can strive to lose 2 lbs. of fat per week!! Now, it's time to stick to our healthy eating plan! This week we are only suppposed to consume 1200 calories per day. Click here to see the breakdown of how many calories per meal and snacks. Also, don't forget to DRINK DRINK DRINK WATER!!! This week you need to drink 8 (8 oz.) glasses of water per day, which is 64 oz. of water (or 2 pretty pink bottles). If you want to buy a bottle, they are $10.
