This week everything stays the same, no new exercises and still 1100 calories/day!
I hope that you are seeing results! If not, you probably need to do 1 of 3 things:
1. Make sure you drink 1 gallon of water/day
2. Stick exactly to the eating plan
3. Push yourself harder during the workouts (go SLOW and go up in weight)
