Tips for Battling Soreness

Those of you out there who are taking the 3 on 3 Fit Challenge with me are probably sore by now (particularly if you have not worked out in a while)!

I know I am!

Here are some tips for battling soreness:

1. Drink! Drink! Drink that water!
2. Eat bananas (or any other good source of potassium)
3. Stretch
4. Take an Epsom salt bath

Now, back to Jiggle Butt Run...some of you may be wondering what in the world that meant in this post.

For those of you in the DFW area, Worthy of the Prize will have a booth set-up at the Jiggle Butt Run this Saturday, January 9th. 5k Ladies Only Race starts at 9:00am at UTA (UT-Arlington) and it is not too late to sign-up!

But even if you are not racing, come out and see us! We will have all of our Fit Bands and Fit Cards on sale for 10% off that day only! Our booth will be located in the MAC (Mavericks Athletic Center) at UTA.
