Mother's Day Weekend

We have had so many exciting things going on here lately that I have not had a chance to tell you about the 2 big events we participated in Mother's Day Weekend!!

My mom, sister Sarah and business partner Melissa ran a booth for us at the March for Babies Austin event, while I hosted a table at the AMBC Mother's & Others Ladies Luncheon!

Both of these events were great opportunities for our ministry!

At the March for Babies, we were able to sell Fit Bands, Fit Cards and Baby Gifts, as well as our brand new line of merchandise consisting of Ladies T-shirts, Toddler T-shirts and Baby Rompers to the walkers and their families!

These new products were designed by my mother, Heidi Vick, and her company Tower Promotions and they are adorable! You are going to love them, I cannot wait to get them up in our Online Shop! I just need to get pictures of them first!

At the March, we were also able to partner up with some great organizations and even talk to the NICU Specialists who will be delivering our donated Baby Gifts to the NICU Moms!!! We are so excited about this ministry opportunity!

REMEMBER: {For every baby gift sold, we donate 1 baby gift to a mom in need through March of Dimes, Agape PRC and Life Choices!}

So, BUY BUY BUY those baby gifts so that every mother will eventually have the chance to pray the Biblical Virtues upon her precious child!

At the Mothers & Others event, I hosted a table of 8 ladies, who all received a gift of one of our adorable Girly Giraffe Fit Bands on Lime that matched my table!!

Isn't my centerpiece so cute?? It is a cupcake holder filled with cupcakes and candles! The cupcakes were made by my good friend Susan and they were delicious! They even had a little cream filling in the center! I loved them because they were sparkly too (although you can't really tell from the picture)! I am a sucker for anything that sparkles!

(Side note: If you ever need any kind of baked good...cake, cupcakes, cookies, etc....I highly recommend Susan....she even makes adorable/delicious cookie bouquets...maybe that will be my centerpiece next year? You can contact her at susled@aol.com)

The theme of the luncheon was "Wild About You" (all the tables were decorated in different animal prints) and we got to hear from a great mother-daughter speaking team as well as enjoy some great music!

It was awesome to be in a room surrounded by about 400 women, who were all praising our Great God together! And I must add that all of the decorations were fabulous as usual and the program was the smoothest we have had in the 3 years that I have been attending!

We had a wonderful time and are already excited about and working on the plans for next year!
