We hope this letter finds you rejoicing in the wondrous birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
As always, it has been another eventful year in the life of our family! In fact, we have moved again! And yes, that makes two moves in two years. Whew! Our hope is that we can stay where we are for many years to come. We are tired of all the excitement! :)
Aaron accepted a position as the Minister of Music & Senior Adults at First Baptist Church in Greeneville, TN this past spring and had the privilege of leading the first ever FBC Senior Adult mission trip this fall. It was a blessing to serve alongside this incredible group of people as they served the homeless at the Nashville Rescue Mission. He considers it a pleasure to work with such a talented staff and volunteer team who truly love the Lord, and he looks forward to what God has in store at FBC in the future!
Erin is still home with the boys full-time and is also working at the Mother's Day Out program at our church twice a week in a three-year old classroom, while EJ attends the 4-year old class there. She continues to run her sports ministry, Worthy of the Prize, in her "free-time." Ha!
Anderson started Kindergarten this year and we are happy to report that he is truly thriving! He is doing so well in school, is making lots of friends and loves to play sports! He enjoyed playing both soccer and baseball in the spring, t-ball in the fall and is beginning to develop a love for football as well. All he wants for Christmas are the jerseys of his favorite sports teams!
EJ played soccer in the spring and t-ball this fall too. He had a blast, not so much because of the game but because he loves to entertain a crowd! He is quickly developing a love of music and goes around the house singing and dancing all day long! He will soon be following in Daddy's footsteps as he begins learning to play the drums, which he is getting for Christmas!
Looking back on another great year, we thank God for all of His blessings and for you. We hope you and yours have a magical Christmas and a wonderful New Year! May God bless you as you seek Him in 2013!
Love and Blessings,
The Franklin Family
Aaron, Erin, Anderson and EJ
